The LiteGuide Photoluminescent (PL) system requires no wiring and
requires no maintenance. It is unaffected by heat, cold and shock
and is economical to install in any building. Its luminescent powder
coating gets charged by absorbing sun light or ambient light. As
long as there is light, your LiteGuide PL door and hardware system
will remain charged and armed in the event that your building loses
power.
Today the LiteGuide PL system is available on door frames, doors
(in the form of low level Exit signs) and on exit hardware direct
from your hardware distributor. Replacement photoluminescent exit
device caps can be purchased and installed in the field in the
unlikely event that your powder coating wears off or if you simply
want to upgrade life-safety in your building. See the CORBIN
RUSSWIN or YALE
Web sites for ordering information or contact
your local sales person for information.
